Wanted to like this place, bc it was recommended by family. Order process for pickups is straight up stupid. I call in at 9:03, arrive at 9:35 and pay. It is at this point that they finally take the order to make the sandwiches. Didn't get sandwiches til 9:56, almost 1 hour from when I first called in. Totally defeats the purpose of calling in ahead of time. They need to learn to improve this process. Go online ordering like the rest of real banh mi businesses. Owners may be too cheap to try to go to such a system, but if you're reading this--it's worth it! The sandwiches are decent though. Bread is good. Got the BBQ pork and special banh mi. Shockingly, the special banh mi doesn't have mayo. It would have been great with. I don't understand this decision, as I've never had special banh mi with no mayo. Just felt like something was missing. BBQ pork is pretty good though.

Amazing sandwiches, great value. I think it's connected to the San Jose shops. Sandwiches are top tier. Less selection than the SJ location. They sell out fast too. I was there at 2 and not much left.

Average looking place, but you go here for the food, right? The ladies are wonderful! My only complaint is that the quality of the bread has gone down, thus it losing a star. It was one of only 3 places I'm willing to pay for someone to make a sandwich. Usually, I prefer to make them at home. So, a but sad about this.

Excellent selection of sandwiches and other Vietnamese delights. Excellent French bread, good fast service. They open at 7:00am to 7:00pm. Been coming here for 5 years and never had any problems. The lines due to covid are seamless. A must stop if your in the area. Highly recommended.

Doesn’t look much from outside but this place is great! They have a nice variety of sandwiches and tornee Vietnamese goodies. My go to is the grilled pork sandwich and the Vietnamese iced office. It always take amazing and fresh. The coffee is strong.

Hands down, our favorite Bahn mi sandwiches in Sacramento! The bread is crisp on the outside, and soft on the inside. We love the grilled pork and veggie (mushroom mixture that's delish) sandwiches. We also get the bbq chicken quarters, if we get there early enough, and the shrimp spring rolls. If you go in the AM you can get croissants, plain or almond, and other wonderful bakery items. The service is friendly, and they are fast. We always order extra sandwiches!

Banh mi in this spot is amazingly good. I stop by every weekend. Quality is great until today. Someone probably uses the same knife to cut their food with their shipping packaging. I found a small piece of aluminum in my food after eating 80% of it. Who knows if I already ingested some of these aluminum pieces. If you guys are reading this, PLEASE use separate tools for preparing food. If you mix these tools together with your food prep station, you are exposing your customers to intake hazardous foreign pieces or chemicals such as fragments of aluminum, adhesive, and foreign dust particles from your food packaging

Best banh mi's ever! This is the combination sandwich. The bread is freaking delicious. Fresh veggies. The jalapenos are pretty spicy. The wait can be long so I always call ahead. It makes getting in and out way faster. I love this place! They also sell other hot foods. I like the pork patties and they have this rice thing with meat on it. I love this place!
